A bottle enters the line, a finished product leaves

Feeding, filling, capping and labelling on one line, under one control; separators, top hold-down and transfer pump complete the line. Scroll to follow the line.

    Feeding

    Containers enter the line by conveyor; the motorised screw separator feeds them to the station at equal intervals.

  2. 02

    Filling

    The servo-driven volumetric system fills every container with the panel-set volume through 10 or 12 nozzles, without dripping.

  3. 03

    Capping

    The linear capping machine tightens the caps progressively on the line while the top hold-down unit keeps the containers steady.

  4. 04

    Labelling

    The bidirectional wrap-around labelling machine wraps the label under sensor control and the smoothing sponge presses down the edges.

  5. 05

    Line Integration

    The transfer pump feeds the tank, the separator and top hold-down units link the stations; the line is run from a single control panel.
