Description

The 10 Nozzle Volumetric Servo System Filling Machine is an automatic machine developed for medium- and high-capacity liquid filling lines. Containers are brought to the filling station by conveyor, the ten nozzles descend together and the servo-controlled volumetric system transfers the set volume into every container.

The fill quantity is entered from the control panel; thanks to the servo drive the same volume is repeated on every cycle, and re-adjustment for a new product or container is fast. With its stainless steel frame and product-contact stainless tubes and nozzle sets, it is used for food, chemical, cosmetic and cleaning products. Combined with capping and labelling machines it forms a complete line.
