Description

The 12 Nozzle Volumetric Servo System Filling Machine is the filling machine with the highest nozzle count in our range. Containers arriving by conveyor are held in the station, the twelve nozzles descend together and the servo-controlled volumetric system fills every container with the set volume at the same time.

Fill volume and cycle settings are made from the control panel; the servo drive repeats the same dose on every cycle, and switching to different containers and products takes little time. With its stainless frame, stainless filling tubes and nozzle sets it suits high-volume production of detergents, oils, cosmetics and chemical liquids. It runs on the same line as the linear capping and labelling machines.
