Through the contact and quote forms on this website we process your name, company name, telephone number, e-mail address and message content, together with your IP address and the submission time as technical necessities.

2. Purposes

Your data is processed to respond to your request, prepare quotations, manage contract processes, provide after-sales support and meet legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest.

Your data is shared only with hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service, and with competent authorities where legally required.

5. Retention

Form records are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the statutory retention periods after your request is concluded, and are then deleted.
