Description

The Bidirectional Wrap-Around Labelling Machine applies labels to cylindrical containers by rotating the container around its own axis under the label. The container arriving from the conveyor is rotated between the roller and the sponge in the wrap station, the label is dispensed at the correct position under sensor control and smoothed on without bubbles.

Thanks to its bidirectional design, labelling can be done in either direction of the line, giving flexibility in line layout and machine sequence. The label reel, wrap roller and sponges are adjustable, so bottles of different diameters and heights are changed over quickly. Stainless body, control panel and emergency-stop equipment are standard.
