Linear Capping Machine

Description

The Linear Capping Machine closes the caps of containers leaving the filling machine on the conveyor, without stopping the line. While the containers are aligned and carried by side belts, the capping heads arranged along the line tighten the cap progressively, so the same closing force is obtained on every container.

The capping heads can be adjusted in height and width for different container and cap sizes. With its stainless steel frame and adjustable guides, format changeover is quick. It is designed to run on the same line as the volumetric servo filling machines and the labelling machines.
