Wrap-Around Sponges

Description

Wrap-Around Sponges are the sponge pads positioned opposite the container in the wrap station of the labelling machine. While the container is rotated by the roller belt, the sponge presses the label onto the pack surface with even pressure, so the label bonds without bubbles or creases.

Because of constant contact the sponges wear over time and should be replaced periodically before label quality drops. Keskin Makina supplies correctly sized sponges from stock for its own labelling machines; they can also be produced for other machines given the dimensions and density.
