Servo Groups

Description

Servo Groups are the drive unit of volumetric filling machines. The group, consisting of a servo motor, gearbox and lead screw, moves the pistons in the filling tubes with controlled speed and position; since the fill volume is determined by the length of this movement, the value entered from the panel is repeated exactly on every cycle.

Keskin Makina servo groups are produced as complete units for our own filling machines and are also used to convert older pneumatic or mechanically driven machines to a servo system. Motor power and screw size are determined by the machine’s nozzle count and tube volume.
