Filling Tubes

Description

Filling Tubes are the metering element of volumetric filling machines. On every cycle the servo-driven piston draws the set volume of product into the tube and sends it to the nozzle through the valve system; filling accuracy depends directly on the surface quality and sealing of the tube.

Keskin Makina filling tubes are made of stainless steel, their product-contact inner surfaces are machined and they are supplied as a complete set with the piston. For worn tubes or applications requiring a different volume range, tubes matching your machine model are supplied from stock or made to size.
