Filling Valve Systems

Description

Filling Valve Systems are the elements that direct product flow during the volumetric filling cycle. In the suction position the product is drawn from the tank into the filling tube, in the discharge position it is sent from the tube to the nozzle; pneumatic actuators switch the valve in step with the cycle.

Valve bodies and product-contact parts are stainless steel, and sealing elements are chosen according to the product type. A separate valve group is used for each nozzle, so one nozzle can be serviced without affecting the others. Spare valves, actuators and seal kits are supplied according to your machine model.
