Top Hold-Down Unit

Description

The Top Hold-Down Unit prevents the containers travelling on the conveyor from tipping, turning or slipping in the capping and labelling stations. The motor-driven top belt applies light pressure on the containers in sync with the line speed, so the container is both conveyed and held steady.

The unit is height-adjustable on its vertical column; switching between container heights is done with the hand wheel. It noticeably improves capping quality and label positioning for light, tall or narrow-based containers. Supplied together with the Keskin Makina linear capping and labelling machines or as an addition to existing conveyors.
